This is how we do it
Our approach is unique in that we take the time to understand what your day-to-day life is like, what’s worked for your (or didn’t work for you) in the past, and where you want to go.
Then we come up with a plan to help you get there.
You’ll get daily check-ins so your coach gets real-time updates on how you’re doing so we can help you navigate tricky situations, come up with solutions, and create healthy habits that last.
Once a week, you’ll get get a video from your coach with feedback on the week before and guidance and encouragement for the week ahead.

All our coaching programs include habit coaching for things that are vital to your success like sleep and stress management.
You are worth the time and effort it takes to take excellent care of yourself and feel strong and confident.
We’d love to be in your corner along the way!
The type and amount of support that each person needs is different, so we’ve included 1 nutrition coaching session per billing period (nutrition sessions do not roll over if they go unused) and we don’t include
1-on-1 live personal training sessions in our Remote Coaching packages.
Instead, you can schedule as many sessions with your coach as you need (and as availability allows).
Some clients choose to meet with their coach once a month, others need a few sessions each week.

Remote coaching FAQs
How do you measure success? How do you want your fitness routine to look? What are the pieces of life you think might be standing in your way (schedule, location, child care, etc.). All these questions are valid and the answers vary for each and every client. OSM wanted to create a program that could help anyone and everyone achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Our Remote Coaching Programs are a completely custom experience delivered through the OSM App.

The OSM app, hosted by Everfit, offers a user-friendly mobile interface allowing you to stay on track with your fitness goals no matter what life throws your way. The app has numerous capabilities to keep your progress in check including automated schedule notifications, one-on-one messaging with our staff, ability to record daily tracking of habits of your choosing, a food diary, and a progress tracking section.
When life gets crazy, we all can have a hard time prioritizing basic things that contribute to a healthy body and mind. Creating and adhering to positive habits creates a wonderful foundation for a healthy life. OSM is here to help you select the habits that matter and create accountability measures to help you create lasting change.
We care deeply about your success and are here to provide you with all the support that you need to accomplish your goals. Every client will receive personalized weekly video/voice recorded check-ins from their coach. Whether it’s missing a step count because your child is sick or missing a workout because you’re having an off week at work, OSM staff will check in and offer solutions to get you back on track.
OSM team members have developed Remote Coaching to help clients achieve positive, and sustainable life changes. With this goal in mind, we structure our programming to be 16 weeks long. However, because we bill monthly, you can cancel anytime before your next auto-payment is drafted.
When you join Remote Coaching, OSM becomes a part of your wellness team and in order to help everyone crush their goals, here is what we need from you: Typically, each client will need to commit to roughly 20 minutes weekly (outside of the workouts) to complete daily & end of week check-in forms to indicate how your week has been. This information is crucial in helping your coach make changes and adjust your program so it continues to work most effectively for you.

Exercise Only – $225/month
Exercise & Nutrition – $250/month
