We Get to know you
Before your coaching sessions start, your coach takes the time to get to know you and really understand where you’re at, what your day-to-day life is like, and what you want to achieve.

We design a program just for you
We take every aspect of your life into account when developing your plan. We completely understand that you have a life full of juggling schedules, roles, and responsibilities. One-size-fits-all plans that expect you to completely change everything you’re doing do not work and definitely don’t last. We believe that health and fitness habits need to make sense for you and your life, not the other way around.

Efficient Coaching Sessions
Our unique approach to coaching gives clients the know-how, strategies, and habits to make real, sustainable change in their lives.
First, our certified coaches give you context for the changes you’re making by sharing relevant, reliable fitness and nutrition information. After all, a plan without context means you’re either on the ‘wagon’ or off and we know that life is too unpredictable for that kind of rigidity. We’ll coach you through your nutrition or fitness plan and help you troubleshoot any issues that come up so you keep moving towards your goals even when life happens. And finally, we’ll be in your corner, cheering you on the whole way!
We Offer 7 types of sessions
Virtual
Personal Training Session- 30 Minutes
- Train from anywhere in the world!
- You can see your coach demonstrate exercises and they can see you and offer feedback as needed.
- We are also there to encourage you, push you, and even workout with you – whatever it takes to keep you motivated!
- All you need is an internet connection and some floor space!
In-Studio
Personal Training Session- 45 minutes
- You'll feel at home when you walk into our private studio with the same equipment that you would find at the gym!
- We tailor your entire training environment to you (from lighting to music) and create a workout experience that's truly customized.
- Exercise should be enjoyable and challenging so we do everything we can to make sure you look forward to each session.
- Pricing listed above is for one-on-one sessions only.

Nutrition Coaching Intensive
Virtual Session- In this 60-minute session, your coach will go over the nutritional adjustments you can make to reach your goals.
- Before your nutrition Intensive session, we'll ask you to send us a 3-day food journal (so we know what your current diet is) and answer questions about your goals and your challenges around food, that way, we can tailor the session to you.
- You'll get an extensive, personalized Nutrition Guide, access to our Nutrition 101 Course, and a solid, actionable plan to changes you can make to your existing diet to get where you want to go.
Nutrition Coaching
Virtual Sessions- 30 minutes
- During your session, you'll discuss what's going well with your current nutrition plan, what needs to be adjusted, and troubleshoot through any obstacles that come up. You'll leave with a solid strategy for progressing towards your goals.

Meal Planning
Virtual Session- 45 minutes
- Set yourself up for success by meal planning with a nutrition coach!
- Tell us how many people you're feeding, how many meals you need to prepare, and if anyone has allergies or strong food preferences and we'll sit down together to plan your meals for the week.
Meal prepping
Virtual Sessions- 45 minutes
- Once you've done your meal planning and grocery shopping, your coach will meet with you over Zoom to help you strategically meal prep for the week ahead.
- We'll help you take the stress and overwhelm out of the meal prep process by coaching you through how to prepare your meals efficiently.
Coach Check-In
Virtual or Phone call- 15 minutes
- If you want just a few minutes with one of our coaches to ask a question or get some extra help with a nutrition or exercise problem, schedule a quick call to get the clarity and confidence to keep progressing toward your goals.
