We Get to know you
Before your coaching program starts, we take the time to get to know you and really understand where you’re at, what your day-to-day life is like, and what you want to achieve.

We design a program just for you
We take every aspect of your life into account when developing your plan. We completely understand that you have a life full of juggling schedules, roles, and responsibilities. One-size-fits-all plans that expect you to completely change everything you’re doing do not work and definitely don’t last. We believe that health and fitness habits need to make sense for you and your life, not the other way around.

Efficient Coaching Sessions
Our unique approach to coaching gives clients the know-how, strategies, and habits to make real, sustainable change in their lives.
First, our certified coaches give you context for the changes you’re making by sharing relevant, reliable, and science-based fitness and nutrition information. After all, a plan without context means you’re either on the ‘wagon’ or off and we know that life is too unpredictable for that kind of rigidity. We’ll coach you through your nutrition or fitness plan and help you troubleshoot any issues that come up so you keep moving toward your goals even when life happens. And finally, we’ll be in your corner, cheering you on the whole way!
If you want a coach in your corner who will take the time to get to know you and your goals, and then give you the guidance and accountability to reach them; you’re in the right place!

- Includes 1 virtual Nutrition Coaching Session each month

** Coaches typically respond within 24 hours
- Sessions that are included in the coaching packages expire at the end of the billing period, they do not roll over or accumulate. No Refunds.
- If more coaching sessions are wanted, client will be billed separately.

How our coaching progams work
Osm coaching approach
Our approach is unique in that we take the time to understand what your day-to-day life is like, what’s worked for you (or didn’t work) in the past, and where you want to go.
Then we come up with a plan to help you get there.
You’ll get daily check-ins so your coach gets real-time updates on how you’re doing so we can help you navigate tricky situations, come up with solutions together, and create helathy habits that last.
Once a week, you coach will check in and give you feedback on the week before and give guidance and encouragement for the week ahead.
