Hi! I’m Nicole, and I’m so happy you’re here.
As a coach, wife, mom, and someone juggling the demands of everyday life, I know firsthand that the best nutrition plan is the one you can actually stick with.
That’s why I specialize in helping people create simple systems and routines that improve their daily habits, nutrition, and long-term health. Whether your goal is weight loss, improving body composition, building muscle, boosting your energy, or simply feeling your best, we’ll focus on realistic changes that fit your lifestyle—without restrictive diets or all-or-nothing thinking.
Nutrition can feel overwhelming with all the conflicting advice out there, so my goal is to meet you where you are, provide personalized guidance, and help you make steady progress with confidence.
I can’t wait to help you discover that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated—it just has to work for you.

1. Connect
Fill out the interest form and schedule your consultation call.
We'll talk through:
- Your goals
- Your past experiences
- Where you’ve been in your fitness/nutrition journey.
- What’s worked (and what hasn’t)
- Whether we’re a good fit for each other.
This is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
2. Get set up
If it feels like the right fit, you’ll officially join by paying for the program and completing your onboarding paperwork in your client portal.
The client portal includes:
- Intake forms
- Coaching/Client Agreements
- Welcome packet
3. Welcome Call + First steps
Your welcome call is where we create clarity, establish your first habits, and build a plan around your real life.
During the first two weeks, we ask you to establish the habit of logging everything you eat and drink, along with a hunger and fullness rating.
This helps you build awareness and gives me an accurate picture of what you eat, so I can give you advice and coach you effectively – without judgement, restrictions, or extremes.
Inside the app, you'll begin:
- Logging meals and drinks
- Rating hunger/fullness
- Uploading simple meal photos
4. Build Together
This is where change truly begins.
Starting with your first virtual nutrition coaching session, and continuing to log your meals and drinks consistently. We fine-tune your plan, build momentum, and adjust along the way so you can create sustainable, lasting results.
During our virtual coaching sessions, we will:
- Troubleshoot any friction you experience with implementing our plan
- Establish clear and actionable next steps
- Ensure you have any resources you need to succeed.
But coaching only works when it’s collaborative.

- Feel less mentally consumed by food
